1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement
